We believe

Early identification and interventions when treating eating disorders have been shown to lead to the best recovery outcomes. Whether you are looking for support for yourself or a loved one, our dietitians can help you develop a personalized approach so that you can achieve sustainable recovery.

Whether you're currently in the recovery process or just starting your journey, we're here to help you bloom.

Path to Recovery

As you make progress, we’ll take a look at more specific beliefs within the eating disorder. This can look like incorporating challenging foods and exploring different eating settings (like restaurants and cooking). Along the way, we’ll continue to revisit how you’re feeling, and support you in establishing a foundation for sustainable recovery.

We frequently begin our work with ensuring that your body is well-nourished and can begin to recover from the physical side effects of the eating disorder. We’ll help you stabilize your nutrition status, while processing any thoughts and feelings that come up around beginning recovery.

about family services

Caregivers and families play an important role in eating disorder recovery, and we include them as much as possible, especially with young children and adolescents. We provide education, support, and guidance to help families learn necessary skills to support their loved ones while they recover.

Our Team Approach

Having a team on your side during recovery is essential to the process. Throughout our work together, we will consult and coordinate care with the necessary providers to ensure that you’re getting appropriate care. This can include a therapist, doctor, and other specialists. If you need help forming a team, we can provide referrals to providers we collaborate with often!
