All of our nutrition services are provided through a weight-inclusive, food-positive lens. Health At Every Size and Intuitive Eating are core tenets to our nutrition philosophy. We believe that we are all born with a natural ability (intuition) to guide our own eating and enjoy food. Through our work, we aim to help you reconnect with this intuition and feel confident in your relationship with food.

Kristie Tovar Nutrition was born from my passion for supporting people through eating disorder recovery, and for helping them feel better in their relationship with food and their lives.

I have a genuine love of digging into the research on the latest in eating disorder treatment, and becoming familiar with different ways to support you in your road to recovery.
